Smarthome developing. On the small and pretty cheap Raspberry Pi, a lot of projects can be developed.

Webserver as a network tool. A basic webserver on WiFi with an ESP, like the NodeMCU. Maybe something that is not wireless with an Arduino Nano.

7/2019. BWS

BWS stands for... Basic Webserver. The idea is to make a basic webserver with a Wifi module of the ESP8266 series, like the NodeMCU.
That is able to control a few outputs and have some inputs. The outputs would be something like a simple relay for switching on/off any other device like a 12volt LED strip.
The inputs would be something like a temperature, humidity, pressure...
or whatever kind of sensor..

Used hardware. A NodeMCU is the centre of it all.
It is controlling 3 relays at the moment and a PWM LED module on the output. It has two LDR's that function like a digital switch on the input and a temperature sensor on the Analog-in port.

Used software. Since it's very easy to program an ESP with the Arduino IDE, - it's basically C -, it is going to be a simple project with quite a lot of potential
A great start of the current sketch, is part of a cursus I did found on line from Farrukh Hussain. The most inportant thing of the webserver is it's communication with the connected browser. The icoon for the project

Develop the Rainconsole. With a cheap Raspberry Pi (in this case the version 3) and some software, like Node-RED, I would like to create a simple console. A place to proces and store values from temperature, humidity, pressure...
or whatever kind of sensor...

Used hardware. A Raspberry Pi is the centre of it all. Because of the version with a desktop I have a monitor connected, a keyboard and a mouse. A powered Usb-hub with a harddrive for the data. And a NRF24L01 as a radio reciever/sender. (thinking about hooking up an USB cam or a CSI camera).

Used hardware. I have Raspbian installed. A MQTT broker. InfluxDB for the data and Grafana and Node-RED. If I hookup a Cam, I need some software like fswebcam.

7/2019. Barribot.

The barricade avoiding bot. With just an Arduino, like the Uno it must be possible to make a simple bot.

Nothing fancy. Just a simple bot that can avoiding stuff that's in his way. A bit like those automatic vacuum cleaners.
Maybe, at the same time, map the enviroment, and make a 3D map of it!

The prototype. An Uno is the centre of it all.
It runs on some simple AA batteries. A HC-SR04 is used and connected to a servo. This makes the HC-SR04 turn both ways so that the software can make a decision about the way to go. Two engines make the bot go anyway it can. A simple sketch is running on it, but that needs a lot of work.

IAD stands for... IAD is a webserver with a Wifi module of the ESP8266 series, that is able to control a few outputs for color managment.

It is using Hex color code to regulate the ouput. A NodeMCU is the centre of it all. It is controlling 3 PWM outputs at the moment. Depending on the used LED, it has various kind of drivers. A PWM LED module. Mosfets or just npn transistors. The sketch for the ESP8266 is writen with the Arduino IDE. Html files are strored on the esp webserver.
